Command Centre Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Command Centre (the app at this site) collects, how it uses that data, and how you can remove it. Command Centre is a personal dashboard run on a single private server. It has no advertising and no analytics, and it does not sell data.
1. Data we collect
Data you enter. To-dos, calendar entries, notes, kanban cards, channel lists, settings and similar content you type into the app.
Google user data (only if you connect a Google account). Command Centre requests these read-only permissions:
- Google Calendar, read-only (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly): the title, date, time and location of upcoming events on your primary calendar. - YouTube, read-only (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly): your channel's public statistics, such as subscriber, view and video counts. - Basic profile (
openid,email): your Google account's email address. - An OAuth refresh token, which lets the app fetch the above without asking you to sign in each time.
Other connected services (optional). If you connect Facebook or TikTok, the app stores an access token and reads your page or account follower counts.
2. How we use the data
- Calendar events are shown on your dashboard next to your own entries.
- YouTube statistics are shown in the reach stats section.
- Your email address is shown so you can see which Google account is connected.
Google user data is used only to provide these features to you. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold, and it is not used to train AI or machine-learning models. Command Centre never creates, changes or deletes anything in your Google account.
3. Storage and security
- All data is stored on the Command Centre server. Nothing is stored with a third-party database provider.
- OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
- Calendar events you sync are saved with the rest of your dashboard data so the dashboard can show them. They are refreshed from Google every few minutes.
- All traffic to the server uses HTTPS. The app is protected by a password.
4. Sharing
Command Centre does not share, sell or transfer Google user data to anyone. The only exceptions are when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect the security of the service. Some features send text you enter, such as a newsletter you paste in, to an AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate a result. Google user data is never included in those requests.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
Command Centre's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Retention and deletion
- Choose Disconnect for Google inside the app. This revokes the token with Google, deletes it from the server, and removes the synced Google Calendar events from your dashboard.
- You can also remove access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
- Data is kept until you delete it or disconnect. To have all of your data deleted, contact us at the address below.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
